KBH Vertex Group ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This notice explains how we handle personal data collected through this website, in line with Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843).

What we collect - Details you submit in our enquiry forms: name, organisation, contact details, country, and the information you choose to share about your enquiry, including any document you attach. - Account details for investors and staff who are given access to restricted areas: name, email, organisation, and sign-in records. - Technical data needed to run and protect the site, such as a one-way hashed version of your IP address used for rate limiting and security logs. - Analytics data, only if you accept analytics cookies.

How we use it - To respond to your enquiry and manage the resulting discussion. - To give authorised investors access to documents shared with them, and to keep a record of that access. - To protect the website and our users against misuse. - To understand how the site is used (analytics, with your consent).

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who host and operate this website and our email, under appropriate agreements, or where the law requires it.

Retention Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle the discussion and for a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping, after which they are deleted or anonymised. Security logs are kept for a limited period.

Your rights You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to its use, by contacting us through the contact page. You may also complain to the Data Protection Commission of Ghana.

Security Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored with access restricted to authorised staff. Confidential documents are never available at public addresses.
